Meet The Team

Jo Swinson
Director
Jo Swinson has been Director of P4NE since 2020, and has a long-standing passion for new economics. A former UK Government Minister, Liberal Democrat party leader and MP, in 2009 she co-founded a cross-party group of MPs to work collaboratively on new economic thinking and wellbeing economics.

Anna Luiza Behrens-Castella
Programme Officer
A trained economist, Anna Luiza earned her M.A. in Development Studies at IHEID in Geneva, after having worked for five years in Brazil for Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a leading think tank where she contributed to FGV’s expansion throughout Latin America.

Ida Lærke Holm
Advisor
Ida Lærke Holm is Programme Officer at KR Foundation, where she leads the new economy theme. Ida collaborates with P4NE to contribute to our field-building work.

Fiona Mallin-Robinson
Operations Lead & Executive Assistant to the Director
With experience in senior management and consultancy for the cultural and philanthropy sectors, Fiona joined P4NE in 2021. Formerly Marketing & Development Director for English National Ballet, she is an Advisor for John Lyon’s Charity and Chair of the Primary Shakespeare Company. Fiona works part-time for P4NE.

Lucinda Hardwick
Partnership Development Lead
Lucinda Hardwick has been leading business development teams for 18 years. She has a background in creating partnerships to establish impact funds in the social investment world and has held leadership positions in prominent human rights organisations. She is a board member of Global Legal Action Network.

Sophie McKechnie
Field building and Communications Lead
Bringing people together to shift systems and unlock collective power has been at the core of Sophie’s work for fifteen years. She joined P4NE from the innovation foundation Nesta, where she ran participatory systems change programmes across the UK. Sophie previously worked within social housing and community development, co-producing to reduce inequalities and create thriving places. She works part-time for P4NE.
