Meet The Team

Kelly Clark
Interim Director (Parental Leave Cover)
Kelly Clark is a leading speaker, advisor and consultant, working at the convergence of systems change, climate finance and macro-economics. In this dynamic role she draws on her significant experience in leading both philanthropic and capital market efforts that unite finance with positive impact outcomes.

Jo Swinson
Director (currently on Parental Leave)
Jo Swinson has been Director of P4NE since 2020, and has a long-standing passion for new economics. A former UK Government Minister, Liberal Democrat party leader and MP, in 2009 she co-founded a cross-party group of MPs to work collaboratively on new economic thinking and wellbeing economics.

Anna Luiza Behrens-Castella
Programme Officer
A trained economist, Anna Luiza earned her M.A. in Development Studies at IHEID in Geneva, after having worked for five years in Brazil for Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a leading think tank where she contributed to FGV’s expansion throughout Latin America.

Helen Gooday
Administrator
Having worked across a range of industry sectors, Helen Gooday is an experienced Project Manager and Executive Assistant. Most recently, with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), she organised the operational side of the Britain in Bloom national Judge’s tour. In addition, in her spare time, Helen qualified as a Transformational Coach. She works part-time for P4NE.

Ida Lærke Holm
Field building & Communications Co-Lead (Parental Leave cover)
Ida Lærke Holm is Programme Officer at KR Foundation, where she leads the new economy theme. Ida is supporting P4NE’s field building and communications work whilst a member of our team is on leave.

Fiona Mallin-Robinson
Assistant to the Director
With experience in management and consultancy for the cultural and not-for-profit sectors, Fiona Mallin-Robinson joined P4NE in 2021. She is a Grants Committee member for John Lyon’s Charity and Chair of the Primary Shakespeare Company. Fiona works part-time for P4NE.

Sophie McKechnie
Field building and Communications Co-Lead (currently on Parental Leave)
Bringing people together to shift systems and unlock collective power has been at the core of Sophie’s work for the last fifteen years. She joined P4NE from the innovation foundation Nesta, where she led the design and delivery of participatory systems change programmes across the UK. Sophie previously worked within social housing and community development, co-producing to reduce inequalities and create thriving places. She works part-time for P4NE.

Cassie Robinson
Field building and Communications Co-Lead
Cassie Robinson is an experienced Strategic Designer and was awarded by Nesta as a Creative Pioneer. She was previously Deputy Director of Funding Strategy at The National Lottery Community Fund where she led a portfolio of £60 Million a year. Cassie works part-time for P4NE.
