Our Board members represent our Funding Partners and are responsible for directing P4NE’s strategy, overseeing activities implemented by the Director, reviewing and recommending a portfolio of projects, and formally recommending expenditures.

Sonny Bardhan
Sonny Bardhan is Chief Strategy Officer for the Omidyar Network. Before joining Omidyar, Sonny worked at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, where he developed strategy, built the investment pipeline, and originated high impact opportunities to improve children’s welfare in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Herbert "Beto" Bedolfe
A founding member of the P4NE Board, Herbert Bedolfe is Executive Director of the Marisla Foundation, where he has overseen the foundation’s work on international biodiversity conservation, protection of the marine environment and environmental health since 1992.

Kelly Clark
Chair of the P4NE Board, Kelly Clark is the Director of the Finance & Capital Market Transformation programme at Laudes Foundation. In this role she draws on her significant experience in leading both philanthropic and capital market efforts that unite finance with positive impact outcomes.

Ritse Erumi
Ritse Erumi is a program officer on the Future of Work(ers) team at Ford Foundation. Prior to Ford, Ritse served as a strategist and advisor to civil society groups, development agencies, governments, and businesses on building more fair economies through equitable models for innovation and systemic change.

Vinit Rishi
A founding member of the P4NE Board, Vinit Rishi oversees operations at Oak Foundation and serves as Secretary. He also represents Oak Foundation on the governing council of the European Foundation Centre and is a co-founder of OPN, the Operations Professionals Network.

Brian Valbjørn Sørensen
As Executive Director, Brian leads and manages KR Foundation according to the direction set by the Board of Directors. Brian’s responsibilities are to design, develop and implement strategic plans for KR Foundation, and to lead the day-to-day operation of the organisation.

Etienne Eichenberger
Etienne is the Chairman of Swiss Philanthropy Foundation. He sits on the P4NE Board as an Observer, to ensure that due diligence and process is followed.
