New Economy Leaders Academy

NELA is a leadership and mentoring programme for the P4NE network, including grantees, former grantees, and other actors from the new economy field. In collaboration with Common Purpose and The Human Edget, it is part of our ongoing investment in the leadership capabilities of the field, with a focus on Leading Beyond Authority (LBA) and cross-organisational mentoring that builds trust-based relationships.

This upcoming 4th cohort will welcome 30 participants, including 15 senior leaders and 15 emerging leaders globally.
