LPE in Europe is a movement of legal scholarship and praxis that seeks to show how law contributes to the social, economic, and ecological crises that we face.
The goal of the project supported by P4NE is to advance an innovative approach to the study of law and political economy. This will highlight the legal construction of the economy, bringing about a transformative shift in the legal-institutional imagination that currently informs policy-making and law reform initiatives.
