The Hot or Cool Institute is a public interest think tank that explores the intersection between society and sustainability. They bring together researchers and practitioners to facilitate solutions to global problems.
This grant focused on the Care Economy work. It’s goal is to analyse and communicate the potential for care-based economies to facilitate a shift to wellbeing, low-consumption societies.
In collaboration with SERI and Climate Outreach, Hot or Cool, are exploring the possibilities of elevating care work to a central position in our societies and economies. This includes convening key experts on the topic and identifying key narratives that can help in the transition toward care-based economies.
